Apple kicks off its '12 Days of Gifts' promo with four Timberlake tracks

The lawsuit alleges the gift giving and fundraising reached more than three dozen legislators."Since 2000 to the present," Smira says in the court document, "defendants have hosted hundreds of fundraising events in which defendants illegally contributed hundreds of thousands of dollars to dozens of elected officials, including but not limited to, 11 senators, 26 Assembly men/women, and various other high ranking public officials and representatives."Smira attorney Jesse Ortiz says the legislators in question "will be identified" later in the case, though he didn't specify when.State campaign finance officials declined to comment on any possible investigation of the lobbying firm. Sloat, Higgins, Jensen & Associates reported more than $3.5 million in lobbying fees in 2013, and lists dozens of blue-chip clients on its website.

The two songs and two videos, all live recordings from the iTunes Festival that rocked the roof off London's Roundhouse back in September, can be downloaded for free as an album, or individually. 

Three of the tracks – Take Back the Night, True Blood, and TKO – were first heard on the second part of Timberlake's 20/20 Experience studio album released in September, while the fourth, SexyBack, was released in 2006 on his FutureSex/LoveSounds album.If you're a die-hard Justin Timberlake fan,I would advise that you don't do this for tons of micro-topics, of course, so don't go crazy creating a gazillion pages where the content could be condensed into one superhero costumes or just a few pages. then this is pretty awesome news. If you're not, Apple's first freebie will be about as appealing as a swim in a sewer.
